RCBS pro trimmer

I've been using my pro trimmer by RCBS for under one year. The threads on the fine bushing adjustment has stripped and it won't sit flush when I trim. I told RCBS about it and they will ship me the fine and rough bushing adjustment pieces. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and know what may of caused this.

Nope no problems with the one I bought 9 months ago. Have trimmed close to 40o cases with it now and I love it. I am only trimming 30-06 and .308 so once it is set up for one I run all thru it then switch caliber and start over.
