The Lee breechlock press is not exactly the best Lee press to compare against a rock chucker. The Lee classic cast press is far more similar for comparison.
Of the two you listed its an easy choise (RCBS), add or change poll options though...

x2, the comparison of the Lee Challenger to the RCBS is apples (or raisins!) to oranges --- there is no question, for a lifetime press, the RCBS is the one to choose. Now, if you'd asked about the Lee Classic Cast, I think you'd find more varied opinions. I had a RockChucker and changed it over for a Lee Cast --- to me it is a nicer designed press that is every bit as strong as the RCBS, and it's made in North America if that's important to you. While Lee does not have the same warranty as RCBS, they've always been good about providing parts that are reasonably priced.

If you only want to buy once, then as ben hunchak said above, then get the Forster CO-AX, or the Lee Classic Cast.

My preference has gone back to balance beam scales, but a GOOD digital will also work. (one of my digitals is a 4 figure $ lab balance)
