ANyone know anyone who has either in stock? Looking hard for one, cant find anything. cabelas has on of the rcbs for 129$plus shipping, tax....thats the only one i can find though. ANyone know of a better price? I have looked at all site sponsors, nothing to be found. help! if your LGS has something please reply, or PM info. cheers.

$129 is a good price. there is a cheaper one but it does not come with the trim piliots and they cost far more then the $10-15 you save buying the trimmer without them.

Honestly the redding one does a better job, and is just as fast once you get the rythem down (and it accepts RCBS 3way trimmers). I found the RCBS one sometimes trims at an angle when (not if) one of the studs on the shell holder gets loose.

WSS?

I like the Lyman because of the universal shell holder.

i guess i only looked there when searching the trim pro, and didnt look at lyman.

anyone else have a lyman? looks pretty good, but only a 10$ savings, is it worth it to just buy the rcbs? i have used one of these in the past, cant remember what i thought of it though. took too long though, so i shipped all of my 223 brass to a good fellow gunnut who used his gerault?sp? trimmer.
i am at a point now where i can manage to do small batches, as i already have a whack prepped by him.

I have had the lyman universal for years, but now that I have the Little Crow gun works Worlds Finest Trimmer, I will never use my lyman again. They are amazing, I bought one in 223 and one in 308. The lyman is great if you are trimming for a whole bunch of calibers, I only trim cases for 223 and 308.

I use the rcbs one, and one day decided to pull the handle off and drop the shaft into a cordless drill. Works really well with the drill running at low speed.
