Although it might be possible with some machining it doesnt seem practical. The gauge screws into the cutter which has a rather larger base (1/2" ? handle) this would be the thing to spin if you could although normally it is the case that spins with the Lee system. The gauge by itself is useless without the cutter, and the shellholder end has no threading to attach to the case prep centre (to spin). If you could attach it, you would have to stop it each time to screw each new case in.
It is much easier to use a Lee Zip Trim to hold cases, or to chuck the regular case holder into a cordless drill or a little less handy into a drill press.
I use most of my prep tools in a drill press, but prefer the Lee Zip Trim at $17 and the Cutter with Ball grip for using the case length gauge trimmers with. I put a case in the shell holder on the zip trim, trim to length with Lee case length gauge, chamfer, debur mouth, debur flashhole, remove case and uniform primer pocket. In future size, trim and chamfer only.

If you can find somebody to drill out the cutter on a lathe, and tap it (8-32 I believe) then it works awesome. You can use a cheapo multibit screwdriver to hold the shellholder and go straight from trimming to chamfering without taking it out. There are a bunch of videos on youtube. I would have done mine, but I got a Hornady case prep center for christmas.
