RCBS uniflow measure. Accuracy going away.

Amazon has the micrometer, I'm putting an order in for one now.

That will make a difference. Additionally, I make a point of keeping the height of the powder column in the hopper at about 90%, and abandoned the baffle. With ball powder, the throws are very consistent, but for extruded I've been using a metering digital scale for some time now.

Ya. I always top my hopper up to keep it full, it's better but still varies too much for my liking. I'm just throwing all the suggestions at this thing, and if it still isn't what I want ,looks like I'm going shopping.
 
An update on my Uniflow, I installed the baffle and a micrometer, those 2 items have helped my accuracy immensely. I can throw 50 charges and it stays within .1 grains. I really can't say why mine was off so much but its working great now. I use my digital scale in conjunction with my beam scale and the 2 concure with each other.
