Hello guys I have purchased the RCBS universal hand primer, it has the square tray. How do you change from large rifle to small rifle, ie the black or white blocks? On this primer tool you don't have to use a shell holder, unlike the primer that has the round tray, is this correct?

The instructions that came with mine were very simple and clear. I would suggest just following what they say and it will work out fine.
