RCBS Warranty Fantastic.

My Warranty 1500 Chargemaster came today Air mailed from RCBS.

As anyone that read a couple of posts a while back on Chargemasters the warranty for a Canadian is smash your old one take a couple of pic's and send a Money Order for $65.00 USD and They would send a new one.

Had my wife drive over my old one with my work truck took pic's sent them and the money order to RCBS and The brand spanking new one showed up today.:cheers:

Tell me what you like about other reloading companies tools but RCBS does what they say they are going to do.

Did you save the pieces ? Take a pic of them for me in a different setting...;) You have to make that 65 bucks back somehow.
How long did you have yours for ? I still wouldn't be too happy about shelling out that much money for something under warranty. Maybe half of that I could live with, but I'm happy you're happy !:)
 
I have phoned them and asked how to order decapping pins and die center rods that were bent/broke due to obvious operator abuse, (Just to clarify, I would like everyone to believe that I bought the dies used that way), and they sent me new ones postage paid. Some of these dies were in the range of 30 years old. I wish Ford had a warranty like that....
 
Hey 22to45 did you know that 70% of all fords sold are still on the road today. Thats because only 30% ever made it home. Good to know that some companys are standing behind the products.

Had mine for about 5 years maybe a little more.
The Air Postage was $35.00 USD and then they would charge the handling on top of that.

5 years ????? Wow no kidding , you should be happy !!!!!! I thought you only had it for a year or so. I would heave been bummed out if that was the case.:)
