RCBS Warranty - Good stuff

A big thumbs up to RCBS for their customer service/warranty. I ordered a Charge Master from Brownells on their black Friday/cyber Monday sales. When it arrived, I found the powder cylinder had a spider crack in it. None of the original packaging had any evidence of damage. I sent them an email this afternoon with pictures attached. Within 45 minutes i had a reply that the replacement for my damaged part will be shipped out to me ASAP. How is that for customer service?

I honestly can't remember ever hearing a bad story about RCBS's warranty. Enjoy your Chargemater. You will wonder how you ever reloaded without one in a few months.
