RCBS warranty???

A+ would be an understatement. I've bought used equipment that was missing parts and the answer from them was " no problem and no cost. Covered under our warranty."
Does it get better then that?
Clint
I did find a phone call worked better then an email

Reloading equipment has no daft U.S. exporting rules. Components do, but not the kit.
"...dealt with the company..." Yep and long before there was such a thing as e-mail. One letter asking where I could get some decapping pins got me a package of 'em and a list of retailers. As mentioned, a phone call(you talk to a person right away too) or e-mail will do it now. And RCBS' warrantee is on the equipment, not who bought it new. So if you buy used kit you're still covered, no questions, other than your mailing address, asked.
I think, but I'm not sure, that Lyman has a limited warrantee. As in it's not as good as RCBS'. Of course, you don't pay the kind of money for Lyman kit that RCBS wants either.

Phone RCBS and they will surely take care of you, they stand behind there products.

Also, if you need to warranty an RCBS Chargemaster Combo, you're going to need a big hammer.

RCBS warranty is the best there is, period. I don't mean just reloading gear, I mean anything anywhere, any company, any product, worldwide. If other companies would follow their lead, the world would be a much better place.

Their dedication to absolute customer satisfaction and product support is why there is a lot of green on my bench.

A hammer isn't really necessary but a digital camera is.

In regards to the chargemaster, RCBS requires that the defective unit be destroyed, and proof sent to them before they issue a new unit. There are some quite hilarious threads on the net where people got creative with the destruction. If mine ever gives up I am going to take video of the unit packed with a few sticks of good old dynamite, lol.

Reported a bent de-capping rod August 6 and two arrived today (August 16), along with a package of de-capping pins, even after going through Canada Customs and Storage.
Can't get much better than that.
