I was removing my uniflow from its mount tonight to empty the powder, when suddenly the whole unit came off except the bottom inch or two. What happened was the bottom threaded part broke off just below the locking nut. I was thinking of getting it welded but it looks like cast. The nut was only hand tightened. I bought the rock chucker supreme kit around 2 years ago, and this is the first problem i have had with the kit. I guess ill phone them tomorrow.ps this part looks very well made- its probably 3/16'' where it broke.

Just got off the phone.I explained what happened, gentleman took my name and address. He said the part will be mailed out soon. No charge. That's customer service!

I have and my buddy has had great experience with them. I bought the kit and found that a screw was missing off the hand priming tool. Called them and they sent it out for free. My buddy had the jaws in his kinetic bullet puller jam out on him, they sent him new ones. Top notch!

I have had nothing but positive dealings with RCBS and Redding.

To illustrate: I bought a set of RCBS 30-06 dies at a garage sale for $5.00.
When I tried the FL sizer out, it was scratching my brass noticeably.

I phoned RCBS and explained the issue, I asked if they would polish the die [at my expense, of course]

They requested that I send in the FL die with 3 fired cases from my 30-06 rifle.

Imagine my delight to receive a brand-new sizing die, perfectly matched to my rifle! NO charge!

I am thoroughly impressed with RCBS [and Redding's] customer service.. both have been above reproach.

Regards, Dave.
