Recieved an RCBS tumbler for Christmas 2012. The motor failed last month. Emailed RCBS to see if I could purchase a replacement. RCBS replied they had ordered one for me, no charge. Motor arrived today. I was impressed. (Sent them a thank you)
 
That sucks that it died on you, but sounds like RCBS continues to provide great customer service. I've broken RCBS stuff before (completely my fault) and they always took care of me at no charge.

It's also refreshing to see the thread START with the op saying that he contacted the manufacturer and was taken care of. Many guys would have posted a complaint the second it broke and then never updated the thread with the happy ending.

Right on.
 
RCBS is very good at customer relations. They've replaced broken parts for me two or three times. I'm a loyal customer as a result. Good business model.
