Looks like boy wonder in Ottawa has passed off a hot potato to Canada's federal police force. R C M Police have banned high volume Ruger 10-22 clips as there will soon be prohibited items. Justin has passed off making of new firearms legislation to the Mounties as the police will enforce these too? What countries have the Military and Police making law and enforcing these...
