RCMP Approved NR K&M Arms M17S-C308 Curently in production 8 weeks out... Order Now..

Have the 223, it's an amazing little rifle. Easy takedown, easy to clean and phenomenal communication with the manufacturer. This will be on my short list come tax season.

Big+1!

Ken (The president) has been amazing with any questions I had. Sets the bar for customer service; I am totally happy with the 5.56 (Actually .223 Wylde) version!

Hmmm this or wait for the DT MDR?

I read an review of the DT MDR and they said they were getting 1.5moa (tested with 16" barrel I think)
On bullpup forums they say the M17S with handloads is 1moa.
They are just web articles so it's not verified data. But the M17s is just over 8lbs and reasonably accurate (and availalbe in 8 weeks) so it's the right choice for me.

I was reading the reviews for the DT MDR as well. The modularity is what has me on the fence. I can have both 223 and 308 in one rifle. If I can figure out a way to get the M17S past the wife who is already suspicious of my purchased SLR stripper upper/lower and BCL102, I order this one as well.

I am really interested but forgive my ignorance because I do not have the experience of importing guns from the US. My questions are 1, is this item HST exempt because there is only talk of the GST? If it is just an oversight, then that in itself doubles the taxes in my provinces.

2, are the import duties included because every time I order Porsche parts from the US, I pay between 1/4 to 1/3 more on the price of the product in cross border duty. Are these guns being imported in bulk and at a reduced cost to be in the $2700 range? Are the duties exempt? Again, sorry, I do not know how importing firearms works?

3, does the US government not have a tax stamp on firearm related exports?

4, I've never dealt with IRGs before so could an "all in price" and definitive date be guarantee once the logistics are figured out? It might not be in IRGs business model, which I totally understand but unfortunately or fortunately (however you want to look at it) it is the way I am use to conducting business.

5, and is IRG taking, or do they take pre orders and how much is the deposit? Have to decide quick because the wife is eyeing a new washer/drying combo, a new stove and one of those stupid Macans because two of the Porsches are in the shop.lol
