Are the phone lines fixed for individual private sales? Can we (private) citizens use some sort of online system to transfer or out of luck? Thanks

It’s not rational to imply they shut down the transfer..you are just playing on the fears of last minutes buyers that their purchase will be refused.
What is rational is the system is overloaded.

Both of you should direct your anger elsewhere. I never stated the sky is falling, and you'll never get a transfer. If you tried logging in yesterday there was a message, from them, saying you can not log in at this time due to technical difficulties. At the moment I wrote my original post, it was effectively shut down. Prophet River could not access the site all day, so it was shut down. It could have stayed shut down for a long time, but luckily, it came back on later in the evening. Relax boys.

If only BC was even half as freedom friendly..
Hopefully it doesn’t take near as long here as Quebec and Onterrible.
