Sorry about your friend's loss. Always hard to loose a family member, doubly so when its a sibling. Great service from the RCMP...I'd suggest a written thank-you letter, commending the young constable and the detachment in general to the CO. CC it to their Division HQ as well. That's the kind of law enforcement we need to see more of.
