They're a good for everyone pistol. They're accurate enough and the extra weight helps steady the pistol in your hands.
Mine's never broken or had anything go out of whack. I sent it in last year for a 5 year maintenance and got all new springs. Feels like new. It fits my hand, points well and I'm plenty accurate with it. DAO gives you a consistent trigger pull every time with the added safety of a double action trigger pull in high stress situations. Sure, a Sig is a nice pistol, but having a traditional double action just gives shooters a piece of equipment that is more difficult for the vast majority that are not recreational shooters more to try to learn. Only Cooperites think that Law Enforcement should carry a 1911 on duty.
