Got this, I assumed it was Merchant navy but maybe it is RCN. I know its missing something in the middle. What is it? Is it WW2? and what rank would it be?
Would these shoulders go with the cap badge as they seem newer?
I think the shoulder boards might be WW2 era Royal Canadian Naval Volunteer Reserve (Commander), but I haven't seen a set in AGES, so I could be wrong.
