RDB broken firing pin

E91E1E66-5611-4D0D-B423-5FB56988A23B.jpgso I got my rhino rail today and installation was about 7 min. Out to the range for a test run. Ditched the 3x9 for a red dot. Love the balance now, rhino rail is very stiff. Fired 150 rds, no more ftf’s. I have to admit the rhino rail makes the gun much more solid and definitely cuts down the stringing when the barrel warms up. So far I’m very happy with it. Looks better too.

Sweet sweet looking piece of equipment archer2u! Especially after the Rhino Rail install! Most attractive Bullpup in my opinion. Thinking of putting this in my "buy one day" list.

Are those the 10 round LAR pistol mags?
Top rail looks really short, you think backup iron sights would be an issue?

Thanks AA, they are LAR mags. I’ve never tried irons on it unfortunately so I comment. Clean up is easy if I leave my chest pockets open, all the brass falls right in. Keeps me warm lol.

It's a lot to spend on a handguard, imho. I ordered one from Life Industries, didn't hear from them for weeks and tried to cancel my order but they shipped it last minute and I was stuck with it. You don't have the advantage of economy of scale working in your favor, so the price is a bit steep. If you ship to / pick up in the US it's more reasonable but you still have to contend with the exchange rate. In my case, DHL took their pound of flesh on top of everything else, which left me pretty unhappy overall, even if the handguard worked as advertised.

My main criticism with it was the finish (powdercoat) which was less durable than anodizing. I'm hoping when Kel-Tec finally releases the official MLOK handguard, it'll be available for far less.

No I agree it wasn’t cheep but there isn’t any other option at the moment. However as far as firearm accessories I’ve purchased in the past this was money well spent as far as reducing vertical stringing and stiffing up the forend. Looks bad ass to lol.

Wait...MLOK RDB from Kel-tec? How reliable is this information? I (as well as my wallet) won't mind the wait. $340 is pretty steep for something that seems like a must do mod.

It's existed since at least 2017. You can look up "RDB tactical" on YouTube to see what it looks like. I heard from the Canadian distributor that it's supposed to be released in 2020... But also to take that with a grain of salt lol
