Re-barrel a P17

I am looking for a Canadian (preferably Alberta) who could re barrel my P17 30-06 to 45-70?

What would I expect to pay for such a service?

You have a barrel? There's more to it than just changing the barrel. The bolt face, the extractor and magazine will need modifying too. You might get a flat rate to do it all. Otherwise, figure on $60 plus per hour.
