Re barreling a Weatherby vanguard

I have a 22/250 in a Weatherby vanguard s2 that I haven't really been happy with since day 1. I'm looking at putting a 1:10 twist on and wondering what kind of money would I be looking at. Nothing fancy just a 24-25" contour #2 like what's on it already. I'm also looking for some names of of decent smiths in the western provinces who would do this .Thanks

price of barrel plus a couple hundred or more to thread and chamber the new barrel. metal finish is extra, and possibly a removal charge on the existing barrel depending on who does the work
