Re-barrelling a CX Storm

I kind of want a tuna melt now too... that being said, troll else where. The OP's question was legitimate as far as CGN questions go.

While D-D might not been as diplomatic as he possibly could have been, it is a fact that the best and quickest way to get a hold of Dlask is by telephone during normal business hours. They've said it before in other threads.

I have a Dlask barrel on my .45 storm.
It's a nice heavy barrel, looks much better then the factory non restricted and shoots like a mother.
I did my .45 and my buddies 9mm both of us are extremely pleased.

I had it done and my CX 4 is better than ever. contact Barry at Bits of Pieces in Delta BC. He did a fantastic job.
There you go as good an answer as any of the previous.
Barry is a guy you can talk to.
He is the guy that will be doing the work too, so as an added bonus you get to talk to the guy who actually did the work and not some underling in the back room.
Not referring to any site sponsors , but there are guys who call themselves gunsmiths and then there are the real gun smiths.
The gun will also have to be reclassified from a Restricted to a Non Restricted and that takes some time and paperwork too.
Tight Groups,
Rob

We will still do this but it is getting harder and harder to get good quality blank for a decent price. We do have some .45 caliber blanks on the way from Green Mountain along with our 7.62 blanks.

As far as getting contacting us the best means is and always has been the good 'ol fashioned telephone. We answer it from 7am until at least 4pm M-F and usually Saturday too.

We are a very specialized 3 man team here at Dlask Arms and we normally don't have time to sit at a computer and chitty chat. I do answer emails daily and always the telephone so if you need to get through to us those are your best options.

As far as Barry goes, he does nice work. If he is free and we are not I would have no hesitations whatsoever to recommend him for a job. He should be good after all, he worked for Joe.

And as far as the people who work here, NOBODY here is an underling. We got jobs here because we are good at what we do,and working for one of the most respected gunsmiths in Canada only makes us better, period. Our unique products and contributions to the Canadian shooting public speak for themselves.
