A few decades back I was casting bullets for all sorts of calibers, from .38 and 30-06 to 9.3 and 45-70. So I'm not a rookie. However, I got out of it and sold off all my gear long ago. Now I want to get back into making my own bullets and have need of mold handles, lube, molds, gas checks, maybe a resizer, etc. Back home in Western Canada I could pick this stuff up here and there from a variety of small gun shops and gun shows, but I'm working in the Maritimes now and there aren't many stores or shows. Where is the best mail order place in Canada to buy bullet casting equipment?

if you are not up to current casting tools and methods your first thing to do is join the Cast Boolits forum and read a lot. There are a whole lot of custom mould makers now that make great moulds via CNC. Lymans quality has really dropped as well. For buying equipment Midsouth in the U.S. is good, as is Midway if you have a U.S. dropbox.

Wholesale sports used to sell some casting equipment, but did not have much selection.

If I can't find it at a local store, I simply buy direct via the Internet, RCBS.com , Leeprecision.com , Lymanproducts.com etc. However given our poor Can $$ to the US $ .. you may not want to ...

Must say Amazon.ca has lee equipment and spend $40 buck free shipping cant be beat. Gas checks and the rest, Henry from budget shooters as well as there is a fellow on here named the chemist(or something sorry cant remember) has great lube and all sorts of neat nick nacks. Cabelas sells a cheep lee melting pot on line I noticed.

Buffaloarms.com, lymanproducts.com, accuratemolds.com; mountainmolds.com, Night Owl Enterprises. In Canada - Higginsons, Budget Shooter Supply,

titanreloading has pretty much everything lee makes (reloading and casting) but the exchange rate sucks so see above for local sellers.
