Re-Loading Berdan primed brass

Does anybody re-use/re-load brass with Berdan primers? If so, how do you remove the primer? Do you swag the primer pocket and can you re-prime with a boxer primer?

Buy a RCBS Berdan decapping tool and buy the appropriate Berdan primer.

Removing the primer involves filling the case with water, a wooden dowel rod plunger, a hammer and wearing goggles a raincoat and galoshes. Sane people normally don't do this unless they are into self abuse and like being wet.

Been looking at K31 vids on youtube, there's quite a few video's on there on reloading Berdan primed brass.
