Seems to look OK, better than it was definitely.

Nice work! I have a heavily refurbed Russian laminated '50 Tula that I redid with much the same results. TruOil, I assume? How did you strip the shellac off? I tried Acetone and steel wool, but was forced to do many hours of sanding to lay the wood bare.
I am curious as to the bolt assembly-like westrifle said, it looks as though it is from an Albanian SKS, (hooked bolt handle) but the rest of the rifle says Chinese. What's the story on it?

I was using heirlooms to strip the spray paint I'd put on a year or so ago.
Started using Circa 1850 to strip the paint, garbage, heirlooms(as suggested on cgn) bubbled/boiled the paint and it'd wipe off in seconds.
As for the shellac, steel wool and methyl hydrate took most of the shellac off, but not all of it. The wood is dented and weirdly pitted in a couple places, and I just couldn't seem to get the wood bare. And I am impatient.
So I decided to just reshellac the stock, as the lazy man's way out.
The only colour available was amber coloured, seems pretty similar to however my plainfield m1 was done, so it's OK with me. Due to the stock not being bare wood(some old shellac left over), and some odd darkening of the wood, the colour is dark, light, medium, ect throughout.
I had planned on staining it and doing whatever fancy thing I could do, as I wanted to learn from this doing this stock. But with the wood the way it was, I just lost patience, and wanted it done.

While cleaning up the stock, the serial # became visible.
I never knew the stock had one, a complete surprise to me.
Unfortunately not matching to the rest of the rifle, though.

As for the bolt, NeitArms did it:
