45cal what?
ACP,Colt,45/70?

I had some over sized lead bullets one time that wouldn't chamber everytime

You may be able to remove the depriming pin in your sizing die
But are you sure the brass is the problem

If you've already pulled the bullets, take the de-capping pin out of your sizing die you should be able to resize without touching the primer.

It could also be something like overall length, not diameter/sizing of case. I had some .45 ACP that fed fine in my Glock, but would not chamber in my 1911 do to length of the plated bullet I loaded. This was a by the manual load. The answer was to lessen the powder charge, and shorten the overall length of the round a little.
