Whats a realistic price say if someone was to sell a Colt A2 Delta HBAR thats from the mid 80s and apparently around 200rds.

Theres one in the EE non delta for around 1300$ and Epps has 2 for 1399. So would 12-1400$ be a reasonable value at what the gun worth?

Being really no market for A2's anymore and seems new colts are within the 1500$ range now new. IE whats the going prices for them?

I Love my Colt Match H-Bar..Had it over 30 some odd years now And It can shoot head over heels ontop of any 6920 that I have...Good old Colt quality..

I just valued it for 12-1400 realistic because no talk about it being scoped or cheek rest like a delta came with. Which would put it around the value of a regular old Colt HBAR . I think.

Doesn't say anything about it having a scope.

This is a Delta H-Bar (not mine)

This is my Armalite clone of a Delta H-Bar
I have the A2 hand guards but prefer the early type ;)

A Colt Delta H-bar without the scope & riser would be in the $1000 to $1300 range depending on condition

Here's a tale of woe..
I had a real Delta HBAR, with the cheekpiece, leather sling, 2 real 20rd mags, Tasco scope, Delta decals and metal carrying case. Bought it used in 1992 for $800 before it was restricted. Registered it after it became restricted and sold it within 6 months due to my fears of losing it entirely to consfication ( I was a kid then, k?) for $300.
Yup, some gun dealer took it off my hands and said I was doing the right thing as I would probably lose it soon. One of the dumbest moves I've ever done! Wish I remembered his name.

I believe his name was "Lucky Phucker." Shame, that, but I can't blame you. I'm sure it was a scary time with lots of FUD.

Don't feel too bad, you're not alone. I had bought the Delta HBAR, complete package in the big metal case too. I also bought the matching Delta 10MM 1911 at the same time. Needed some money down the road and did the same, took the entire package into a local shop and took well less than I had paid, desperate times........well you know. That was one of the "wish I never sold" guns.
