The Question: which way do you insert the little bugger in the Redding bushing neck die? Numbers up or numbers down?
One side of the bushing (the non-numbers side) has a slight chamfer on the inside edge of the hole; I'm assuming this side is supposed to face downwards so that the chamfer guides the neck into the bushing...
However, doing this is leaving about a 1.5-2.0 mm section of neck that isn't getting sized, right at the shoulder-neck junction, which I suspect might eventually lead to the formation of donuts. (I've got the bushing set as low as the instructions indicate is safe, btw - about .007" above where the shell-holder contacts the die, so there's no obvious way of lowering the bushing further than it currently is.)
So: what sayeth the reloading gurus here?
