I have these posted in the Reloading and Factory Ammo EE forum. Randy suggested I put a note in here for them.

I helped an older shooter move into care recently and ended up with these. You likely know more about them than I do. I was told they are “reamers” but how you use them is a mystery to me. There is writing on each of them but it is tough to photograph. Listed from top to bottom they say:
