Reamer rentals in Canada

Not when I was looking earlier this year. I did manage to score a lightly used reamer for a 60% the cost of a new one, right here on Gunntutz. The manufacturers in the States also have sales.

If you're looking to rent, I assume that it isn't for some kind of really oddball wildcat caliber. Used reamers are pretty easy to sell and retain a good amount of their value if lightly used. Consider just buying exactly what you want and then re-selling it. If its a caliber you end up liking, keep the reamer.

I design my reamers around the brass and bullets I use as well as my sizing die.

Unless you have an odd-ball, most precision gun builders have a good selection of reamers and gauges on hand, and the bushings/pilots to go with them.

You can buy directly from Pacific Tool and gauge and get to talk to Dave Kiff if you have any questions, they are extremely helpful and friendly. As mentioned you can buy a reamer and then sell it for about the same as renting one ( which you can no longer do) and be sure the reamer is sharp and exactly what you want.
