Rear sight adjustment tool (can I make one?)

My glock fell in the safe and now the rear sight is canted to the left, and partly chipped off. I was wondering if there is a tool that you can make yourself to adjust it, out of household things? Or am I going to have to bring it to a smith or buy the official tool for 50$..

And a vice. I have a portable vice that I bring to the range if I need to adjust my sights.

Put a sheet of wood or plastic or brass (I use the cover of a destroyed school binder) between the vice and the slide to prevent marring if you use a regular workbench vice.
