I finally got it. the tool of choice for mister poor ended up being a hardened steel concrete nail, filed down to size, and a brass medal, a Savage Arms medal to boot ! I hit it hard ( I'm a carpenter...)
I was so happy with it freed itself , i took a picture.....
(I did remove the stock and you are right, the common nail was bending...)
So once again thank you very much for the help. ! this place is great !
