I've found some reasonable reddots in the EE.

Bushnell TRS25(low recoil calibres), Burris fastfire 2 or 3, Aimpoint micro, trijicon RMR, Doctor optic, Zeiss Z point(I believe?) or an Eotech if you must. The rest are generally junk. Sight sponsors for some, ebay or Brownells, or other US vendors for the rest.

Ultradots have a good reputation as well.
