Not really. The neck and throat can be done separately using a 35 neck/throat reamer. Friend of mine here in Whitehorse has a Lee-Enfield in 35-303 British.

Have you tried gas checks on your oversize cast bullets? They are a last resort to get the bases to seal better.

BTW, there are a number of Ellwood Epps wildcats based on .303BR. Worth exploring a bit.
