Rebarrel to 6.5 Creed or 7mm-08, thoughts?

PRS has a 3200 fps. velocity limit in the rule book. However, many of the matches cap it at 3150 fps. It's to prevent damage to the steel gongs.

It was somewhere around the low 20's in degrees Celsius. I am out of the country until January and don't have my notes handy. This was in July and mv was confirmed with a Magnetospeed v3 and CEDM2 chronograph. Check out the Reloading Depot on Snipershide, it has 5 pages of data for the CM with various results.
