Rebarreling a henry long ranger

I want a lever action in 375 raptor.


Has anyone removed the barrel on a henry long ranger?

There is a guy that makes a barrel kit for a BLR in AZ but not sure of the cost yet.

Removing the barrel is probably pretty straight forward... however installing a new barrel will not be easy... because you are dealing with a 6-lug rotary head into a rear extension of the barrel ... you will have to buy a rear extension or rob the one from the barrel you remove... quite a complicated job in all...
