Rebarreling a Remington 700

This is a long action right.
I wanna rebarrel my 3006 into either a 280 or 284.
7mm all the way. I like the 280 but I can get a little less recoil with the 284, but sacrifice velocity.

I've owned both (still have a 284), and in like guns I doubt you could tell the difference in either. - dan
