Rebarreling Colt Canada's IUR?

Anyone know how one would go about this? I found a thread where a site sponsor says they can do it but the link to said thread is a dead end. I'm not 100% sure if I'm going to do it, but it's something I'm considering.

My understanding is that specialty tools are needed and only a few places are able to do so. I can't recall who's setup to do so.

What barrel are you considering swapping in?

You can send it to the Calgary Shooting Centre.

I have done it myself as well but you would have to make a wrench.

Same idea as the Mega Arms wrench for their monolithic uppers.

Could you post a pic of the wrench you made? Maybe tell us some dimensions.

I may take you up on that at some point... but for the cost of shipping and insurance both ways for the two uppers I want barrel swapped, plus the cost of doing the job... I'd rather just have the wrench!
