Rebarreling HOWA 1500 (gunsmith in Calgary or Alberta)

Looking for gunsmith for HOWA 1500 to install new custom barrel.
The action is awesome, but it's hard to change the barrel due to metric thread and factory hydraulically assembling (mega torque).

I'll appreciate any suggestions.

The tightly fastened barrel and potential metric thread pose no problem.

When I had mine rebarreled a relief cut was needed. After that it popped off easy.
