Rebarreling Marlin .45 Camp Carbine Info

I would Like to rebarrel a Marlin Camp Carbine .45 to 18.5 and have it re classified is there a gunsmith/barrel maker in Manitoba who could handle This? What does something like this cost? Can the stamping on the barrel be duplicated in or close to original Marlin text eg. Marlin Firearms Company etc. etc I would Like to have very little Evidence of a Mod.

You'd be looking at a custom barrel. It'd likely cost you more than the rifle is worth.
No custom barrel maker will put somebody else's name on their products.
The mag will require pinning to 5 rounds too.

I believe the camp carbine takes 1911 mags, no? So if you use pistol mags you should be OK, like with the CX4 Storm etc.
