I have a severly coroded [internal] .54 Renegade I bought second hand.I just got a GM ball barrel 1-70 and a TC 1-48 conical pipe.The crappy barrel I'd like to have someone rebore to 20ga with a jug choke.GM used to sell a 1" barrel like this but are now discontinued naturally.Anyone know of anybody that can do the job?Thanx Harold

I would think that any good machinist should be able to ream out the barrel. Or you might even be able to do it yourself with a brake cylinder hone and a lot of time.
Getting a choke that worked put into it might be a little more tricky though.

If you start now you will be done by Christmas with a hone, and it will suck. If your barrel is .54 now and you need to get to .615 you will need to ream it in a few steps, or at least thats how I would do it. I would think that most smiths can do this but they would need the appropriate reamers.
