rebore nef barrel

I would like to rebore and rechamber an nef barrel from 22hornnet to somthing else like 38 special or 357 magnum. the hornnet is just about worne out slipp

Slipp; Curious as to how many rounds fired to wear out a Hornet barrel? I have a CZ 22 K-Hornet that has had a lot of rounds fired, and it still shoots as well as it did day 1. Regards, Eagleye.
