Recall of rem 870 left handed safety from S&J hardware

we are recalling our LH safety for the remington 870, we shipped out last month.
with feed back from clients and exstensive testing over the last 3 days, we have found that the notch on the main shaft, is not machined far enough to one side to work with every trigger group.
With Machined aluminum,,cast, mim, and plastic molded trigger groups totaling 70yrs of production we did not quite get the tolerance loose enought.

As we do not " Beta test " on our clients, when we make a mistake it is a good one!
we tested these on 18 different trigger groups, and they worked.
But this can happen.
Only 27 units are out in the public.
