Bought the 1.93 on reccomendation, and it also clears any NVG accessories. I might try a Larue 1.5 and see which I prefer.

I also knwo someone that wil take the 1.93 on trade.

Personally even not having to clear a PEQ/AITPAL I prefer the 1.93

it is a nice set up and i envy people who have the money to do such things, life as a militia rat just don't pay enough. Oh well, i guess thats why im goin for machinist. and we have 2 g wagons, we're just not allowed to touch them

Johny C -- your missing the point -- its not about money -- its about an identified need.

Big Red's in Iraq and has a NEED for such a rifle -- typically to put 77gr Mk262 into unpleasant folk that want to do him and his client ill.

Love my MIAD, you will too. Fills out your hand much better than the stock grip and you can adjust it with the various backstraps.
