was wondering if it s possible to rechamber and rebarell a ruger mk II actually in 7 mm rem mag into a 300 weatherby mag ?

Yes, you'll need a new barrel, which will have to be rechambered and threaded, and then the receiver needs some modifying for the new mag box and bottem metal (from a Ruger full length magnum, 375 H&H/416 Rigby length), as will the stock to fit the new parts. - dan
