Rechambering 458 to 458 lott

I have a Rem 700 in 458 Win mag. Would like to have chamber and magazine lenghthened to accept 458 Lott ammo. The question is what gunsmiths in Ontario are capable of this, and the price to have it done. ALso, can I ship the gun through the mail to have this done?

Any half decent gunsmith can do this if he has a .458 Lott reamer, don't know about shipping guns anymore..
