Try 22 PPC, because 220 Ruski is illegal to even think about.

Yea I know, but I just made up the last part.

Making PPC brass from 220 Russian.

You will have to do a search for this or go to the 6BR site.
Sinclair has very well written instructions on this. You will have to know the neck dia of the chamber, most chambers for the 6PPC require neck turning.
Anyway after you have fireformed the brass, use H322-28grs or N133-29 to 29.3grs and Berger68gr or Sierra 70 HPBT Match

I knew a gentleman that passed away that was into bench rest shooting like extremely addicted to it and I eventually ended up buying some of his equipment and I found a letter in his loading box and this is what it said
Reloading 6ppc
1. Clean necks with brush and clean cases
2. Decap and resize necks
3. Reprime
4. Powder 28 grains measure set at 50.0 (fill case )
5. Seat bullet to touching lands or no more than 1/16th inch clearance from the lands. check seating depth each time you change bullets (put bullet in empty case and insert in rifle watch for landmarks and back off slightly 1/16" to 0 )

Note: for greatest accuracy use lemon scale and weigh every load (using scale funnel and Dipper or powder measure )

*Use powder measure but check each load on scale every time for optimum accuracy
