recipe for 9 mm

The bullet (Frontier?) isn't a common weight, so frankly you are going to have to guess.

In your shoes I'd try to find data for the 147gr plated or lead bullets and your powder. and start from there.

While reloading manuals are a valuable resource, in the end you are always using the S.W.A.G method.

PP likes lots of pressure to burn clean, I had issues with 125gr hard cast either leaving a lot of powder residue or pushing them way WAY too fast... Try bullseye if your looking for economy.
 
I ask because if they are the 138 to 140 grain bullets I think they are, they are .357 in dia. They can be resized down to .356 for 9mm. If not carry on.
I'm not familiar with that powder though.
