Recipes for 9 mm Luger with 124 gr FMJ (for IPSC production class)

Never been a fan/user of TiteGroup powder. Its just too smoky.
Never been a fan of using large quantities of slower burning powder in the small 9mm case. Its just not economy of motion.

My opinion, the best two powders for 9mm are RedDot (PROMO) & Bullseye.

Im running 3.8 grns of HP38 with a 124" with 4.5" barrel like 1075 fps
