recomendation for dies

The stock Forster full length dies with the high mounted floating expander in my testing has the lowest neck runout. Meaning a separate expander die is not needed so just polish the expander and lube the inside of the necks.

I use a bit of a variety of dies but my primary dies are Redding Competition. I also use the Forster bushing bump neck die, and the Lee neck sizing collet from time to time during the life cycle of the brass. Tough call, I like them all, but if I were starting out new, I would start with the Forster or Lee full length die which basically means a one step case size/neck size/shoulder bump process. You will also need a good seater so either Forster Ultra or Redding Competition. The Lee is good as well. That would be a good start. No matter the die make, in rare cases the bullet ogive doesn't match the seater well and can distort the bullet. This can be correct by the respective die maker. If you want more control over each step in the process and be able to leave out steps to reduce work hardening of the brass, then the Redding Competition.

Lee collet neck die
Redding body die
Forster seater if the Lee seater is off.... currently using the Lee seater cause this one actually seats pretty darn well. Some do, some don't.

If going to use a FL sizer, ensure that you can compare fired vs sized case and keep the headspace within 3 thou.
