Recomendation for holster for 6" GP 100?

Depends on what use it is for?
For hunting, I use either a Bianchi model 111 "Cyclone" belt holster or a Bianchi X-15 shoulder rig. The nice thing about the shoulder holster is that it fits my model 29 as well as my Taurus .22
Both are good quality leather holsters. If your intention is to carry concealed (assuming you have a U.S. CCW permit) then the shoulder rig is best as you can't conceal a 6" barrel on your waist (belt).

A custom ,Laroche(Quebec) make nice stuff, keep it plain, holster/belt (not a Hollywood) that sets high on the hip. Loops for your cal, an 45, if some day you get a big single action, can use same rig.
